We reserved a car with a agreed a price of £52,00.00 With some thought and the way things were dealt with and the cost of the car I decided it would be wise to obtain a professional report as I felt a uncomfortable feeling about issues not resolved. I needed permission from the seller so I went back to them. The reaction was very hostile with lots of excuses ie, we can sell this car tomorrow, you never told us you were going to get a report when you booked it, we are giving you a 12 month warranty and mot so why you need to do this, you cannot do this there is a £10,000.00 fine due to covid 19. Eventually the dealer agreed to the inspection which went ahead as they were not going to refund my £500 Noted the car was cat s but the report says that the car wasn't roadworthy which was alarming and scary as we have five children. The dealer did re imburse our £500 deposit eventually after he seen the report. I did see the good reviews about the trader so maybe this was a isolated incident.

I bought an Audi A3 from these guys and the seller was very helpful. He drove the car across the country for me and took my old car off my hands for a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
