Very disappointed. A dealer was pleased to tell me at the time of sale how they turned round damaged high end cars (e.g. a Cat N Range Rover) whilst selling me a Fabia. The drive shaft failed after less than 3 months, wrecking the gearbox in the process. No response from a call to the dealer, followed by an email to the dealer to claim on the 3 months warranty. I had the car fixed as cheaply as I could as a result and the dealer refused to honour the warranty - not even a goodwill payment.

Brilliant service. I called a few times prior to putting down a deposit on a car to go see, which was an effortless experience. They didn't try to convince me to buy anything which is what you unfortunately get a lot of car dealerships, they simply passed me the keys and let me make my own evaluation and were happy to answer all questions I had. Everything was extremely straight forward and a lot of places could learn from this trader. They were happy to drive over 100 miles for home delivery and did not even bat an eyelid. Extremely impressed.

An honest review car purchased on 30/12/22. I thought I would give some time before writing this review to see I get on, and I've got to say I absolutely love my new car! I was apprehensive at first with it being a Cat S repaired but I test drove it twice, is in great condition and had passed a full service and MOT which put my mind at ease. I was also left to check over the car for as long as I liked. A huge thank you to karwan and his assistant they were polite, efficient and answered all questions. After putting down a small deposit the car was ready for me to collect within two days. Insuring and providing road tax for my car was no problem. I also opted for the 18 month warranty. Meadway has a great selection of cars, I chose from two I had seen on the website. I am a very happy customer!

Needed a car in a hurry following a theft. Bought a very tidy Fiesta for excellent price and took it home there and then. Very patient and relaxed staff. Car was well prepared and valeted inside and out ready to go. Cat S, but just sailed through a full service at Ford dealer with no issues. My son is over the moon with it, even had 4 good quality tyres that were hardly worn. Bought the good value extended 3rd party warranty at the time of purchase, I would say only thing is it wasn't mentioned that in the small print that the warranty is only valid if the car is serviced to schedule so I would advise getting hold of a new service book (Ebay) if needed and having the car serviced and the book stamped if you choose this option so you are covered if you make a claim and they query it. Otherwise, great.

Purchased a Ford fiesta, which we wanted ot take away the same day, the lads serviced, and valeted the car for us with speed and efficiency. We have the car 6 months now and it has been a lovely, reliable, economical machine which is a pleasure to drive. I could not recommend Meadway more.
